The Origin

Since founded back in 2000, the North American One-Armed Golfer Association
(NAOAGA) has been proving that the traditional "two-handed" swing is just one way to play and certainly not the only way to win. NAOAGA isn't just a sports league; it’s a family of stroke survivors, trauma survivors, and those born with limb differences who share a strong connection that extends further than the game of golf. What started as a small group of determined playershas grown into a powerhouse organization across North America.

More Than Just a Scorecard

The heart of the NAOAGA beats loudest during their annual championships and regional clinics. Their mission goes beyond the leaderboard; it’s about providing a roadmap for new adaptive golfers through specialized clinics and high-level competitive tournaments. Whether it’s a junior golfer hitting their first one-handed drive or a seasoned vet competing for a national title, the focus is always on the mechanics of the possible. They aren't just playing golf; they’re redefining
the limits of the sport with every swing.

The LoneHand x NAOAGA Mission

At LoneHand, we don’t just tell stories—we join the fight. That’s why we are officially
partnering with the NAOAGA to help bridge the gap between talent and opportunity. Our goal is to leverage our platform to drive new sponsorships and raise the necessary funds to keep these tournaments and clinics accessible to everyone. This community embodies the indomitable spirit of the game, and we’re inviting you to help us fuel that momentum. Want to help us drive the mission forward? You can support the cause, become a sponsor, or donate directly to the next generation of adaptive champions by following the link below.
